What information do you need to know to get the most out of the sessions?

Venues open 30 minutes before screening at UGC Ciné-Cité and 45 minutes at Nouveau Siècle and Théâtre du Nord.

Out of respect for the audience and the series artistic teams, the Festival reserves the right to refuse entry to the theater once the screening has begun. All exits are final, and it is not permitted to remain in the screening rooms between screenings.

Admission to the theaters is in the following order and subject to availability:

1 - People with disabilities, accreditation holders, and Pass Series Mania holders

2 - Audience members with tickets

3 - Audience members without tickets

For everyone's peace of mind, please remember that your phone must be on silent mode for the duration of the screening.

It is strictly forbidden to photograph, film, or record the sound of the screenings.

Children under the age of 3 are not recommended to attend screenings.

With the exception of guide dogs and assistance dogs for people with disabilities, animals, even on a leash, are not allowed in our screening rooms.

In order to allow as many people as possible to enjoy the screenings, please cancel your reservation if you are unable to attend your screening.
