How to attend the screenings?

All tickets are free of charges. Tickets gives you priority access over people without tickets.

Access to the theaters is always carried out in the following order:

1 - People with disabilities, accreditation holders, and Pass Series Mania holders

2 - Audience with tickets

3 - Audience without tickets

Venues doors opens 30 minutes before the screenings starts at UGC Ciné-Cité and 45 minutes before the screenings starts at Nouveau Siècle and Théâtre du Nord.

Access to theaters:

If you are a person with a disability, have accreditation, a SERIES MANIA PASS, or a ticket:

Go to the “PRIORITY” line
You will enter the theater before everyone else tickets holders and people without tickets,
Access to the theaters is subject to availability, and carried out in order of arrival,

If you have a ticket:

Go to the “TICKETS” line.
You will enter the theater after accredited guests, people with disabilities, and PASS SERIES MANIA holders.
Access to the theaters is subject to availability, and carried out in order of arrival,

You don't have a ticket: our screenings are accessible last minute!

Go to the “WITHOUT TICKET” line for the screening room of your choice
You will enter the theater after accredited guests and ticket holders
Access to the theaters is subject to availability, and carried out in order of arrival,

Arriving early is the best way to ensure you can get into a screening: please note that having a SERIES MANIA PASS, ACCREDITATION, or ticket does not guarantee you a seat for a screening, as access is subject to availability.
